
THE PROCESS
( 1 ) INITIAL MEETING

The first meeting will focus on understanding the client's goals and vision for the project. It serves as an introduction to assess whether we are a good fit for their needs and if we can effectively meet their project objectives. If the client wishes to proceed we require a 50% down payment for our team to get started on the project.
( 2 ) SCHEMATIC DESIGN

The follow-up meeting with the client will review the program discussed in the previous meeting. Preliminary floor plans, sketches, designs and concepts will be presented to gather initial feedback.
( 3 ) DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

After refining the preliminary floor plans and incorporating feedback from the previous meeting, we create a complete model for the project; including detailed floor plans, elevations, and renderings (when applicable). This marks the final design milestone before the transition to construction documents.
( 4 ) CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

This is the final phase of the project, which involves preparing a complete and detailed set of documents for submission to the permitting authority in the project's jurisdiction. After the completion of this stage we require the remaining 50% of the balance be paid.
