
THE PROCESS
( 1 ) INITIAL MEETING

The initial meeting will focus on understanding the client’s goals and vision for the project. This meeting allows both parties to determine whether the project is a good fit and if we can effectively meet the client’s objectives. If the client chooses to proceed, a 40% retainer is required for our team to begin work.
( 2 ) SCHEMATIC DESIGN

During the follow-up meeting, the program outlined in the prior meeting will be reviewed. Preliminary floor plans, sketches, and conceptual designs will be presented for initial client feedback.
( 3 ) DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

After refining the preliminary floor plans and incorporating feedback from the previous meeting, we will develop a complete project model, including detailed floor plans, elevations, and renderings where applicable. This phase represents the final design milestone prior to transitioning into construction documents. A 30% payment is required before the start of the next phase.
( 4 ) CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

This is the final phase of the project and includes the preparation of a complete, detailed set of documents for submission to the applicable permitting authority. Upon completion of this phase, the remaining 30% of the project balance is due.
